The hotel had free and fast Wi-Fi, which was great for staying connected during my business trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay more comfortable.
The location of the hotel was a bit inconvenient, requiring a bus and train ride to get to the city center. , the cleanliness of the carpets in the room left a lot to be desired.

Good relationship with the costumer.
During the holiday the hotel is completely full and the breakfast was not replaced after the first hour. We need to wait but they didn’t put all the food again. I think they need to stay well prepared for the amount of costumers.

We had a great time over New Year's at this hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, and we particularly enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel provided us with free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus.
The location of the hotel was a bit out of the way, making it a bit challenging to get into the city center. We ended up having to take a taxi, which wasn't cheap.
